Relieve you of hospital visits and night/weekend duty. We visit patients every day, and we are on call 24/7.
Earn your patient's trust. We meet with the patients and family within 24 hours of arrival to explain our role, and we are always available to answer their questions.
Take full responsibility for inpatient care. We will make care plans and act as your liaison with the rest of the caregiving team.
Keep you informed and in charge. We will report daily by phone, fax, or email, whichever is more convenient for you.
