Nursing Home Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are currently seeking a hard-working nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our

dedicated group. Our geriatrics division, Great Lakes Geriatrics, is

experiencing continued growth and high patient demand creating a need for a

full-time provider in our nursing homes.

*Salary $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Job requirements:  Michigan license & DEA, current CV.

Job Description:  Full time nursing home Nurse Practitioner may round at

various nursing homes in the Southeastern Michigan area under supervising

physician. Perform patient exams, diagnose and treat illness, order and

interpret laboratory tests, prescribe medication and manage treatment plans.
